- Cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge.
- If you do not arrive
- If you neither arrive nor cancel, the hotel charges the first night.
- Deposit
- 100% of the stay, on the arrival day.
Terms and conditions
Booking on this site commits you to the stay conditions shown above: times, cancellation, no-show and deposit, plus whatever the hotel asks you to accept when you book.
Privacy
I authorise Hotel Puerto Colombia Deluxe to process my personal data to manage my booking and my stay, meet its legal obligations (such as registering guests with the authorities) and answer my requests, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. I may access, update, correct and delete my data, and withdraw this authorisation, by writing to the hotel.
